研究领域

俞金玲博士,2012年毕业于中科院半导体研究所并获得工学博士学位,现任最火的网投平台物理与信息工程学院教授。2017年入选旗山学者,2018年入选福建省高校杰出青年教师。2017年获得博士生导师资格。俞金玲博士一直致力于新型半导体材料与器件、自旋电子学以及偏振相关光电流技术的研究,主持和参与多项国家级和省部级项目的研究,并取得国际领先的学术成果。以第一作者身份在国际知名期刊Nano Letters、Acs Applied interface & materials、 Physical review B、Applied Physics Letters、Optics Express等期刊上发表论文30篇,申请国家发明专利三十余项,授权发明专利22件。
